ANNUAL CLUB REPORT FOR THE YEAR 2013
|Following the unstable years 2010, 2011 and the early part of 2012, we aimed for a stable 2013. Much to our pleasure, and thanks to the cooperation and continuing support of our members, that was what happened.|
THE YEAR 2013
The Organization is embedded in an Administration Committee (AC).
The (AC) encloses a Leadership Committee (LC) and a number of Standing Committees (SC).
The LC encloses 3 Masters of Ceremony (MC), a Treasurer and a Secretary.
The SC encloses the Assistant Treasurer, the Assistant Secretary and the Leaders and members of the Standing Committees.
At the Annual General Membership Meeting on January 25, 2013 the election and installation of the AC, LC, MC’s and SC’s took place under the direction of Dr. Bernard.

After the unsatisfactory accountancy period of Mr. Herman Broeckx, Mr. Hans Smedberg, with great success, re–organized and managed the Club’s financial administration.
After Mr. Smedberg’s resignation Mr. Hans van Geffen continued.
The Club’s financial position improved and now shows stable figures. The details are shown in the Financial Report.
In April, Mr. Herman Broeckx was expelled from the Club.
